Booking conditions and services.

Check-in

  • It is important that you tell us the approximate time of arrival at the hotel, reservations are guaranteed until 20:00 pm on the day of entry, so if you are arriving later, you must inform us in advance to be able to keep your reservation. , it is essential that you also provide us with a contact telephone number in which to locate you before your arrival as it will facilitate the procedures and guarantee of the same.
  • Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m., marked time to ensure the availability of the room. Anyway, if you arrive earlier and the room is not available yet, we offer you a luggage room for your convenience.
  • Check-out time: before 12:00 you must leave the room available, if you wish to make use of it, it is necessary to check the availability and the cost of the service in advance.
  • In accordance with the current regulations that concern us, all those over 16 years of age must show a valid ID to check in and sign the booking contract and the police file.
  • Petitions for preference of room situation, preference of room with double bed or similar, is taken good note and will be taken into account when allocating the rooms subject to the availability of the day of entry, but in no case can we guarantee it.

Modificaciones / cancelaciones

  • Modifications and cancellations must be made by the same channel that made the reservation, where usually in the confirmation of your reservation will indicate the management links of the same for modifications and cancellations.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel the reservation free of charge (except for restricted rates as non-refundable) up to 48 hours before the arrival date. If canceled later, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the first night's stay at the chosen rate corresponding to your reservation.

Rates / children or additional people in the room

  • The price of the double rooms are for a maximum of two people and the price of the single room for one person.
  • Children up to 2 years sharing a room with two adults can stay at no additional cost in the same regime as the parents, provided that communicated and confirmed with the hotel in advance to be able to benefit from the frees.
  • Children of 3 years or older, staying with two adults at all rates and schemes have an additional cost which must verify whether the channel includes it or not in the total cost, since many of them only provide the information.

Hotel services

    DINING ROOM: The service is buffet free, both in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The drink is not included and it is paid as extra according to your consumption. Breakfast, lunch or dinner services that are not included in your reservation can be hired at the hotel as extra services, such as one day a dinner. Accessing the buffet service means paying the total cost per person, not offering a single dish but the possibility of choosing one, two or all those available in the service for the same amount. We do not have a la carte restaurant service. Half board includes breakfast and dinner, with no option in exchange.

SCHEDULES:

  • Breakfast: 08:30 to 10:30
  • Lunch: 13:30 to 15:30
  • Dinner: 20:30 to 22:30

CAFETERIA: The cafeteria service is totally independent of the dining room and all services will be paid as extras.

MINI-BAR SERVICE: The mini-bar service in the rooms is an optional and extra service not included in the stay and that is not operate in the room. Upon arrival or at any time of the stay, if you wish, you can request the activation of the service for the entire stay under an initial order of drinks from the letter (it is not nor is there refrigerator service).

CLUB TERMAL -SPA : The service Spa is not included in the stay at the hotel, it is an extra service with a cost that can be hired at the hotel. There are exceptions such as special packages that include some service and so it specifies.

SWIMMING POOLS OF THE HOTEL

OUTSIDE POOL - SUMMER SWIMMING POOL: The period of operation of the pool is from July 1 to September 15, there are times when it is also operational in previous and subsequent dates but you should make sure to check its availability.

COVERED SWIMMING POOL: The period of operation is at Easter, May Bridge and from June 1 to September 30. For others, check availability.

IN ALL POOLS AND SPA, THE USE OF CAP AND FLIP-FLOP IS REQUIRED (and they are not included in the price). WE FULLY ENCOURAGE THAT EACH CUSTOMER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULFILLING THE EXPOSED SANITARY REGULATIONS FOR RESPECT AND THE GOOD HEALTH OF ALL USERS.

Important note : we have evidence that there are customers who do not think the obligation of the use of hats in all swimming pools is correct, since the hotel management wants to justify the rule and decision based on the evaluations collected from the hotel's clients throughout of these years in which 96.2% if they consider opportune, desirable and correct the use of cap for hygiene and for the benefit of all.
